What would YOU define as New Media Technology?

PSP,
iPOD TOUCH,
XBOX 360,
or a NOKIA N95

I agree they are new media technology, BUT remember they will NEVER be able to keep to that name, maybe to media technology but not to NEW. For they will SOON become OLD media technologie when a NEW model is made........... because of the factor that media is evolving everyday so we will never class one thing as new for a better one is always made if the media is involved because the media is using technologie in the most creative ways.

Take an average cassette player for example......
1. WE WOULD TURN IT ON
2. INSERT THE CASSETTE
3. REWIND THE TAPE IF NEEDED (for it could only go one way or the other)
4. PRESSED PLAY
5. AND LISTEN

Summary: The casstte player helped us carry and listen to our music.

Then the CD Players were invented...............
(this allowed us to listen to music at which ever point in the song we wanted too)
1. WE WOULD TURN IT ON
2. INSERT THE CD
3. PRESS PLAY
4. AND LISTEN

Summary: This helped move to points faster then cassettes where we wanted to play our songs.

finally the Mp3..........
(which has also been replaced by the mp4 but i will not go on and on and on for it never stops)

Summary: From then we jumped to MP3 players these little devise were usually smaller then cassette players so it helped us in carrying less weight then it helped store more then we ever could imagine it just mattered on the memory we bought it with.
